At TTgarment, quality assurance begins long before a single stitch is made. Our rigorous inventory control process ensures that every roll of fabric, every spool of thread, and every accessory entering our production floor meets the exacting standards our clients expect. We believe that a flawless finished garment is only possible when the raw materials behind it are managed with equal precision.

Incoming Material Inspection

Every shipment of raw materials undergoes a comprehensive incoming inspection upon arrival at our warehouse. Our quality control team verifies fabric weight (GSM), color consistency against approved lab-dip samples, shrinkage rates, tensile strength, and pilling resistance. Accessories such as zippers, buttons, drawstrings, and labels are checked for dimensional accuracy and compliance with international safety standards, including REACH and OEKO-TEX® requirements.

Systematic Storage and Traceability

Approved materials are assigned unique batch codes and stored under controlled conditions — temperature-regulated warehouses that prevent moisture damage, color fading, or fabric distortion. Our warehouse management system (WMS) tracks every roll by batch number, supplier, arrival date, and inspection status. This end-to-end traceability means that if any issue surfaces during production, we can trace it back to its source within minutes and take immediate corrective action.

Pre-Production Material Allocation

Before production begins, our planning team conducts a precise material allocation based on the approved tech pack and order quantity. Fabric consumption is calculated using marker efficiency data, and a buffer allowance is added to account for defects and re-cuts. This prevents mid-production shortages that could delay delivery or force the use of fabric from a different dye lot — a common cause of color inconsistency in bulk orders.
