Rigorous Supplier Vetting — Quality Starts Before the First Stitch

How TT Garment's Supplier Management System Protects Your Brand

The quality of a finished garment is only as good as the weakest link in its supply chain. At TT Garment, we refuse to leave that to chance. Our comprehensive Supplier Management System (SMS) ensures that every fabric mill, trim supplier, and subcontractor we work with meets our exacting standards — before a single thread enters our factory.

Multi-Tier Supplier Qualification

New suppliers undergo a rigorous onboarding process that includes factory audits, material sample testing, compliance documentation review, and a mandatory trial order. Only suppliers who pass all four stages are added to our approved vendor list. This process typically takes 60–90 days, reflecting the seriousness with which we approach supplier qualification.

Continuous Performance Monitoring

Approval is not a one-time event. Our procurement team scores every supplier on a quarterly basis across four dimensions: quality consistency, on-time delivery, responsiveness, and compliance. Suppliers who fall below our threshold are placed on a performance improvement plan; those who fail to improve are removed from our approved list, regardless of price advantage.

Fabric Traceability from Mill to Garment

For clients who require supply chain transparency — particularly those in sustainable fashion or regulated markets — TT Garment provides full fabric traceability documentation. We can trace every roll of fabric back to its mill of origin, including fiber content certifications, dyeing process records, and chemical compliance test reports (OEKO-TEX, REACH, etc.).

Redundant Sourcing for Business Continuity

We maintain at least two qualified suppliers for every critical material category. This redundancy protects your order from single-source disruptions caused by factory fires, raw material shortages, or geopolitical events — risks that have blindsided many brands in recent years.

Collaborative Supplier Development

TT Garment views its best suppliers as long-term partners, not interchangeable vendors. We invest in joint development projects, share forecasting data, and provide technical feedback that helps our suppliers improve. This collaborative approach yields better materials, faster lead times, and preferential allocation during peak seasons.

When you partner with TT Garment, you inherit a supply chain built on discipline, transparency, and continuous improvement.
